Abstract
Islam is a religion of life. It aims to achieve a decent life for the human being that preserves his soul, mind, money and honour. It prevented harm if it was intentional and made it a deterrent punishment, and required the guarantee to raise its psychological and living effects if it was not intentional. In our time, the damages resulting from car accidents increased, and questions abounded about the Shari’a ruling on the necessity of guaranteeing them, so it was necessary to know the Shari’a ruling on establishing the guarantee, and its amount for the human soul in the event of death or less than that, compared to the Lebanese law, and the answer to the problem of stopping the correlation between Damage and warranty on fault or not
